Thanksgiving Bahamian Style

For the second year my wife and I traveled to West End Grand Bahama to volunteer as servers for the annual Thanksgiving Dinner for the Elderly. Each year this is a joyful event to give back to the those who helped establish this community and raise the kids that are now taking over as local community leaders. This year in a post Hurricane Dorian environment it took on a more personal feeling with more passion, reflection on losses and thankfulness for what everyone has. Thanksgiving is a time to give and this is a a wonderful community to give back to.
